I'm pumped to be running Falmouth for the 4th time!  This one is extra special to me as the cause is close to my heart.  I have battled substance abuse and was a guest at Herren Wellness in the winter of 2023.  Chris Herren's work extends well beyond the individual addict bringing a renewed sense of purpose and exuberance for life to the affected families and their respected communities.
