Eight years ago, life changed in an instant, and I am still, every single day, in awe that my wife Michelle is here with us.

She survived a life-threatening brain aneurysm hemorrhage. Against the odds, with the extraordinary care of her medical team and what I can only describe as grace, she came through without lasting effects. We don't take that lightly. We know- deeply, humbly- how many others aren't given that same gift.

That gratitude doesn't sit still in us. It moves us.

Every year, Michelle and I lace up and take on the Falmouth Road Race to raise funds for the Brain Aneurysm Foundation, an organization doing life-saving work in early detection, prevention, and research. Because no one should have to wait for a rupture to find out. Because awareness saves lives. Because Michelle's story could help write a different ending for someone else.

But we can't do this alone. There is something profoundly beautiful about the way people show up for each other when it matters most, and that's exactly what we're asking you to be a part of.
