I'm running the Falmouth Road Race to END ALZ!
I am proud to share that I am running the 2026 Asics Falmouth Road Race on Sunday, August 16th to support the Alzheimer's Association! I have seen the devastating effects of this horrible disease. I run to honor and remember all those affected. I run for the first survivor.
Currently there are more than 7 million Americans living with Alzheimer's and over 12 million people providing unpaid care for them. This disease will cost the US over $384 billion in 2025. It kills more than breast cancer and prostate cancer combined. 1 in 3 seniors die from it, two thirds of those living with Alzheimer's are women, and one in five women over 45 will be diagnosed. These facts, and more, are staggering and the prevalence continues to rise.
Please make a donation today to help provide no-cost support services to local families and advance research for treatments and a cure. The first survivor of Alzheimer's is out there, but we need your help to find them.
