My Story…
I just started running, and I am using these miles to give back to children and families living with Congenital Heart Defects (CHD). This year, I am running the 2026 ASICS Falmouth Road Race for Will Adamson, his mother Kim, and his sister Ryann. Will is twelve years old, smart, athletic, and always positive. He is the kind of kid who makes every moment lighter with his incredible sense of humor and his banter when playing football with his mother.
I am raising funds for the Heart Warrior Foundation, founded and managed by Kim Adamson and the DiFava family after being directly impacted by CHD. Your donation helps support Heart Warrior families during inpatient hospital stays and beyond, strengthens support for siblings, funds continuing education and scholarships for nurses, and brings joy and normalcy through programs like "Healing With Happiness." These funds also provide simple but meaningful support on the cardiac unit, such as meals and special moments for families and staff.
Thank you for considering a donation and for helping me turn these miles into a meaningful impact for Will, Kimberly, Ryann and all Heart Warrior families.
