      Hi, my name is Jay Frisbee and I’m running the 2026 ASICS Falmouth Road Race to support Cell Phones for Soldiers.  I grew up right here in Falmouth and have always loved this community and the Cape Cod roads I’ll be running this summer. I currently serve with the Falmouth Fire Department and am also a co-owner of USA Fitness in Falmouth. I’m married and the proud father of two wonderful boys, and my family is the biggest reason I stay motivated every day. This summer, I’m taking on the 7-mile Falmouth Road Race not only as a personal challenge but as a way to give back to a cause that truly makes a difference.

      I’m very happy and proud to be running for Cell Phones for Soldiers, an organization that provides free phones, minutes, and emergency support to our active-duty service members, veterans, and their families. In a world where staying connected matters more than ever, this charity helps ensure our heroes are never isolated or unsupported.  Your support would mean a great deal to me and to the veterans and service members who benefit from this impactful organization.
