My Story…
I'm running for RHINO!
I'm so excited to be running my first official Falmouth Road Race in honor of my dads foundation, Ryan Richards Foundation! I have heard about the legendary runs my dad had on the race course. I have been watching my mom, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends run, and it's finally my turn. I have participated in the Falmouth Kids Runs since I was 5 years old.
The Ryan Richards Foundation was started in honor of my dad who passed away two months after I was born in 2015 from a rare agressive cancer. The RRF provides monetary funding for families battling cancer, provides scholarships to Falmouth High School Students attending a four-year college, and supports rare cancer research at Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Dad started the race and now we finish it for him.
