Hi Everyone!
I am excited to be running the Falmouth Road Race (At-Home Edition in Denver, CO) in honor of my friend, Abbie Benford, who passed away in 2013 from an anaphylactic reaction.
The KeepSmilin4Abbie Foundation is extremely important to me. Abbie was funny, smart, positive and an amazing friend to everyone.
The foundation is doing amazing work to help stop anaphylaxis and partnering with Anjo.ai, a company developing a wearable device that will detect anaphylaxis. As a person who also has allergies to food and medications, along with my entire family, this cause and mission is very close to my heart.
