Please support me and help save lives and #stopsuicide in Massachusetts!
As a current graduate student pursuing a career in psychology, my long-term goal is to become a prescribing psychologist so I can help support individuals struggling with mental health challenges. This cause is deeply personal to me because I have lost loved ones to suicide, and their memories continue to motivate me to advocate for mental health awareness, compassion, and prevention.
Participating in this road race for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention means more than just running, it is a way for me to honor those we have lost, support those who are struggling, and help break the stigma surrounding mental health. Any support, donation, or encouragement truly means so much to me and contributes to an important cause that impacts countless lives every day.
