My Story…

This August, I am proud to be running the 2026 Falmouth Road Race for the third year in a row to support Parkinson's disease awareness, research, and treatment.

As many of you know, my dad, Ryan, was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2023. Since then, I've seen firsthand the impact this disease has had on him and our family. As Parkinson's progresses, each new stage brings new challenges, and like so many families affected by this disease, we continue to learn, adapt, and navigate it one day at a time.

This year, I am honored to run in support of Punch for Parkinson's (P4P), an organization that empowers those living with Parkinson's to fight back - not just metaphorically, but physically. Through boxing and specialized exercise programs, P4P helps improve strength, mobility, confidence, and quality of life while building a community of support for individuals and their families.

I chose to run for this foundation because my dad has always been my biggest role model and, to me, the definition of a warrior. He's preparing to begin boxing through P4P, and I know he'll continue to face this disease with the same determination and resilience that have always defined him.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all who have donated this year and the past, and the best family and friends who have supported him every step of this journey.
