In August 2024, I lost my beloved Lhasa apso, Polly at 15 years old.  I was so sad without her.  I knew some day another pup would find their way to me. I went three weeks & started to look for pups who needed a home.  One of my first places to look was MSPCA & there I found Artie.  I knew after losing Polly I wanted to give a dog in need a home, and there he was a 3 year old Maltese mix who did resemble Polly.  By Labor Day weekend 2024 he moved in with us. Although, nothing/no one will ever replace Polly, she was my first pup and opened the door to Artie's forever home.  I was also able to learn what wonderful work the MSPCA does for the animals that are surrendered there & the people that care for them are amazing with the biggest hearts for animals.  Artie had been dropped off all matted and needed updated medical care, they were able to provide him that.  Artie is now thriving, he has 3 tiny human besties, he had gained 4 pounds his first year home and even had a little modeling gig with JM Pet Resort.

I will run the Falmouth Road Race in Polly's memory, Artie & all the additional animals that MSPCA helps.  The more money we raise the more animals we can save!! Any donation is greatly appreciated by myself, the MSPCA & the animals!
