I'm Running the Falmouth Road Race for Family Reach!
Hi everyone! Thank you so much for considering supporting my fundraising efforts for the Falmouth Road Race this year. My fundraising goals are combined for the Falmouth Road Race and the Mount Desert Island Marathon in October, so by donating, you will be supporting 33.6 cumulative miles of effort on behalf of Family Reach. I am fundraising with my firm, OC&C Strategy Consultants. This year, OC&C is working to raise as much money as possible for Family Reach as per the wishes of my late colleague Zoe, whom we lost to cancer in March. Family Reach was a charity near and dear to her heart. Zoe was herself a runner, and I am running these races in her honor. Thank you again for your support!
Description
Family Reach is the only national nonprofit 501(c)(3) focused solely on helping people with cancer access food, housing, utilities, and transportation. Treatment requires more than medicine — families need a roof over their heads and food on their tables to survive. We work with patients, care teams, and community-based organizations to provide immediate and ongoing financial support for these basic needs. Together we’re challenging the systems that force people to choose between their health and their homes.
