Growing up on Martha’s Vineyard, my favorite memories were made out on the water and along the shoreline. From beach days, boating, fishing, and simply enjoying the beautiful scenery, the water connects us to each other and the wildlife around us.
Living on the water has given me an appreciation for just how important healthy coastal ecosystems are to our communities and way of life. The beaches, harbors, wildlife, and clean water need to be protected to continue to be accessible for future generations.
I'm proud to be running the Falmouth Road Race with Team Buzzards Bay this August. The Buzzards Bay Coalition works to protect and preserve the waters that connect so many of our coastal communities through conservation, advocacy, education, and water quality protection.
My goal is to raise $1,500 to support their efforts and help ensure that future generations can enjoy these waters the same way I have throughout my life.

On Sunday, August 16th, I'll be running the Falmouth Road Race with Team Buzzards Bay. Together, we'll cover 7 miles and raise funds to support the Buzzards Bay Coalition, demonstrating our dedication to protecting clean water in Buzzards Bay and beyond.
