My Story…
This year, I’m honored to be running the Falmouth Road Race in support of the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center breast cancer research program.
As a breast cancer survivor and patient at the MGH Cancer Center, this cause is deeply personal. Throughout my diagnosis, treatment, and recovery, I experienced firsthand the exceptional care, expertise, and compassion of the physicians, nurses, researchers, and staff at MGH who dedicate their lives to helping patients like me. Cancer changed my life in ways I never expected, but it also showed me the incredible impact of medical research, compassionate care, and hope. Thanks to advances in treatment, I was able to face one of the greatest challenges of my life.
Today, I have the privilege of running not only for myself, but for everyone currently facing breast cancer, those who have survived it, and the families and loved ones who stand beside them. Every mile I run represents gratitude for the care I received and hope for continued breakthroughs that will improve outcomes for future patients.
Your donation will help support groundbreaking breast cancer research at the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center, bringing us closer to better treatments, earlier detection, and ultimately a cure.
Thank you for supporting this journey and helping make a difference in the lives of so many affected by breast cancer. Together, we can turn hope into progress.
Every contribution, no matter the size, helps move research forward.
Thank you for your generosity and encouragement!
Love,
Catherine
