Empowering Independence: Fundraising for OCES
I am excited to share that I am running my 9th Falmouth Road Race and this is my 5th year running to support OCES! I have worked for OCES for 21 years now and the Staff at OCES continue to amaze me with their passion and dedication to serving older adults and individuals with disabilities. It is because of our skilled and adaptive staff that OCES can offer dynamic programming to greater Plymouth County.
I am running to raise money for OCES’ Emergency Funds. OCES Emergency Funds are supported through private donations and are available to assist consumers facing unexpected emergency situations that may threaten their ability to remain safely and independently in their homes. Funds may be used for essential needs such as air conditioning units, heating oil deliveries, medication expenses, hearing aids and other critical items or services. The program is designed to provide timely assistance during emergencies, helping consumers maintain their safety and independence.
Please consider making a donation via my Fundraising Page. Every dollar donated goes directly to an individual residing in our service area: Abington, Avon, Bridgewater, Braintree, Brockton, Carver, Cohasset, Duxbury, East Bridgewater, Easton, Halifax, Hanover, Hanson, Hingham, Holbrook, Hull, Kingston, Lakeville, Marshfield, Middleboro, Milton, Norwell, Pembroke, Plymouth, Plympton, Quincy, Randolph, Rockland, Scituate, Stoughton, Wareham, West Bridgewater, Weymouth, Whitman.
Thank you!

Testimonial
As a 63-year-old woman from Bridgewater living with the effects of Stage 3 cancer, open-heart surgery, and kidney failure, I’ve faced major mobility challenges. OCES services have been lifechanging. Their care is compassionate, well-organized, and truly effective, helping me with tasks that would otherwise be overwhelming. As a longtime teacher in Massachusetts, I know how important it is to support our disabled and elderly. Funding programs like OCES it’s financially smart. I urge legislators to continue and increase support for these vital services.
