My Story…
I am honored to be running the Falmouth Road Race once again in memory of my cousin and best friend, Katelyn Caruso, while raising funds for the Brain Aneurysm Foundation and Katelyn's Crew.
On January 9, 2023, we lost Katelyn far too soon to a brain aneurysm. She was my mentor, my role model, and someone who made every person around her better simply by her presence. Her kindness, humor, and strength continue to shape the person I strive to be every day.
Running was something we loved to do together. Katelyn was fiercely competitive, always a step ahead, and somehow always faster than me. Every mile I run is a way to carry her spirit with me and honor that competitive fire that made her so uniquely Katelyn. Supporting the Brain Aneurysm Foundation means more to my family and me than words can express. Through this fundraiser, I hope to honor Katelyn's incredible life while helping advance awareness, research, and support so that other families may be spared this kind of heartbreak.
Thank you for supporting this cause and for helping keep Katelyn's beautiful legacy alive. She inspires me every single day, and she always will.

This year, I’m excited to be running in the Falmouth Road Race to support the Brain Aneurysm Foundation (BAF)! This cause is deeply important to me, and I’m dedicated to raising awareness, funding critical research, and helping those affected by brain aneurysms.
💙 Why This Matters:
🔹 1 in 50 people have an unruptured brain aneurysm
🔹 Every 18 minutes, an aneurysm ruptures—often with devastating effects
🔹 Awareness, research, and early detection can save lives
This year’s theme is “Be the Key to Saving Lives”, because together, we can unlock hope and change outcomes for survivors and families.
