Each August, the Falmouth Road Race becomes so much more than seven miles.

For the past several years, I've had the privilege of running alongside one of my closest friends, Courtney Farrell, in honor of her sister, Ryan. Courtney and I met in law school, and over the years our friendship has grown through countless miles, unwavering support, and a shared commitment to making a difference. Watching Courtney's strength and dedication to advocating for individuals and families affected by traumatic brain injury has been truly inspiring.

Every step we take through Falmouth is for Ryan and for the thousands of survivors, caregivers, and families whose lives have been forever changed by brain injury. Together, we're proud to support the Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts and its mission to provide education, advocacy, resources, and hope to those navigating life's most difficult challenges.
