Soccer Without Borders uses soccer as a vehicle for positive change. For 20 years now SWB has provided underserved youth with a toolkit to overcome obstacles to growth, inclusion and personal success. SWB is particularly focused on supporting newcomer refugee, immigrant, and asylee youth, and girls. More than 70% of SWB participants are refugees or asylees, having fled some of the most violent conflicts in the world. SWB has served youth from 68 countries and speaking more than 20 first languages. In the United States, SWB has programs in Boston, MA; Baltimore, MD; Greeley, CO; Oakland, CA; and Seattle, WA. In addition to SWB USA, Soccer Without Borders has year-round programs in Granada, Nicaragua and Kampala, Uganda.
