My Story…
A friend influenced me to start running again after I took a few years off. Turns out, running is still really good for your mental health.
Therapy, is also really good for your mental health, and I'll be forever grateful for the hours and hours I've spent in conversation with counsellors from Shalem.
It's an honour to spread the word about the good work they do and raise some funds in support!
Now, armed with a training plan and an irrational sense of optimism, I've signed up to run a half marathon.
Also, my photo is sideways. And that's ok. Not everything is straight forward.
