My Story…

I'm someone who has ADHD, and I have had bouts with depression and anxiety throughout my life. I'm proud of the way I've overcome these challenges and I couldn't have done it without support from Shalem Mental Health. Not only have I received counselling from a Shalem psychotherapist, but I've also worked with them to provide my employees access to counselling when they needed it the most. I've seen friends cling to life and overcome their own darkness through their programming. This is why I am raising money for this incredible organization that seeks the wellness of our community.
