Hey Rockies fans! Ready to get in the game and be part of the action at the Colorado Rockies Home Run 5K Run/Walk?
We’re building our all-star volunteer lineup, and we want YOU on the roster! Whether you're a die-hard baseball fan or just love a high-energy event, this is your chance to knock it out of the park—support runners, bring the hype, and be part of an unforgettable race day at the ballpark.
With more than 5,000 participants each year, this event only happens thanks to our incredible team of volunteers. From the first pitch to the final stride, you help make it all happen.

All volunteers will receive an official 2026 commemorative Rockies 5K T-shirt and a voucher code redeemable for two (2) complimentary Upper Reserved Infield tickets (or other areas, as determined by the Rockies) to a Monday-Thursday Colorado Rockies Home Game from May 18 through September 24. Excludes June 24-26 & 22-24 and August 17-19. Voucher code(s), along with redemption instructions, will be sent via email. Seating is subject to availability, and possession of a voucher is not a guarantee of admission. No upgrades or downgrades. Offer valid through 9/24/26. Race Day Volunteers Opportunities!

| Race Day Packet Pickup | 6:30 am | 10:00 am | Volunteers will assist with setup and distribution of bibs and t-shirts to participants that have pre-registered. |
| Course Marshal | 6:45 am | 10:30 am | Volunteers will assist in directing participants to the appropriate course as well as direct spectators as to when/where to safely cross the course (at designated areas). |
| Water Stations | 6:45 am | 10:30 am | Volunteers will setup and maintain the course water station and distribution to participants. |
| Race Start | 7:00 am | 10:00 am | Volunteers at the start line will assist with setup and ensure that the appropriate wave starts are adhered to by participants. |
| Finish Line | 7:30 am | 11:00 am | Volunteers will encourage participants across the finish line, maintain and pass out water, and assist with timing/scoring. |
| Post Race Food | 7:00 am | 12:00 pm | Volunteers will distribute post race food, hot dogs and soda to participants inside the stadium |
