My Story…

There is a motley group of boxers that make their way to the Oceanside Athletic Club up to four times a week to beat the stuffing out of PD. Sure, it’s only heavy bags, reflex bags, and speed bags that we hit, but in our minds (and bodies) we are beating Parkinson’s. We are rock steady boxing – Oceanside. Let’s go!!
