Our team, Guardians of Michael’s Light, is running in honor of my brother Michael and to support The Warm Place, an organization that provides grief support for children and families at no cost.

Grief can feel incredibly heavy, especially for children who are trying to understand loss. The Warm Place creates a safe space where kids can process their feelings, connect with others who understand, and learn that they are not alone.
