Virtual Run Mechanics

Women’s Run PH is the most celebrated running event in the country and this time, we’re going on virtual as well!

Participating in Davao Women’s Run PH Virtual run is alike to physical race and running with added flexibility and convenience. Completing the race makes it easy as you can do it at any location, pace, on a treadmill or even in a different country.

Below are the race inclusions that you will be receiving;

• E- Certificate

REGISTRATION

Set your goal now! Choose your category and REGISTER. Once complete, a confirmation email will be sent to your email.

Below are the registration fees for 5KM and 10KM;

Changing from Physical race to Virtual Race is strictly not allowed and vice versa.

ELIGIBILITY

The event is dedicated and exclusive for women as a celebration for Women Empowerment!

Ladies must meet the minimum age requirement specified for each category. Moreover, participants are required to be physically fit and in good health.

Age Requirements:

• For 5K, 13 years old and up
• For 10K, 16 years old and up

RUN DAY: JANUARY 18, 2025 - JANUARY 25, 2025

Using GPS-tracking apps, a smartwatch, or a treadmill, run or walk anytime starting January 18, 2025 until January 25, 2025 to record your route and time for Davao Virtual Run. The virtual run allows flexibility, enabling participation at any time on the designated day.

RESULTS SUBMISSION

After completing the run, participants must submit either of the following information through the event's website on the same day:

• Screenshot of your route
• Photo of your dashboard that indicate your running time
• Photo of the display on your fitness watch

Ensure that the submission includes the date, time, and distance. After validation, E-Certificate will be given to each finisher.

Participants must submit their run results through the Race Roster Registration Platform.

The “SUBMIT” button will automatically appear only during the official run dates.

Note: Race accumulation results will not be honored; results must come from a single continuous run, and accumulative totals from multiple sessions will not be accepted. Submit only one (1) set of race details, and note that there is no cutoff time when running your event distance.

SHIPPING AND DISTRIBUTION

Shipping and distribution of race kits and entitlements will commence two to three weeks after the last day of result submission on January 25, 2025. Participants who successfully submitted their information will receive a confirmation email.

Details regarding shipping:

• Delivery fee for overseas participants will be shouldered by the runner.
• Additional charges such as Delivery fee, Processing fee, and Admin Fee apply.
