Why I’m Running With FAB — And Why I Want You With Me I’m participating in the FAB 5K because I believe every girl deserves the chance to see herself as strong, capable, and unstoppable. Fit Active Beautiful Foundation (FAB) empowers young girls to dream big and live big. It gives them a community that lifts them up, challenges them, and shows them what’s possible when they believe in themselves. When I run with FAB, I’m not just running a race. I’m running for the next generation of women, girls who are learning to trust their voices, take up space, and push past limits they once thought were fixed. Every step I take is for a girl who is discovering her confidence. Every km is for a girl who is learning she can do hard things. Every finish line is for a girl who will grow into a woman who leads, creates, advocates, and rises. This is why I’m showing up. And I’d love for you to show up with me. FAB doesn’t just build runners, it builds resilience, belonging, and belief.
