R.E.A.L. Rottweiler Rescue

Founded in Ohio in 2003, R.E.A.L. Rottweiler Rescue is a foster-based, all-volunteer nonprofit dedicated to saving dogs from high-kill shelters, abuse, and neglect. While rooted in a love for the Rottweiler breed, we open our doors to dogs of all kinds, giving each one a second chance through safe, loving foster homes.

Every dollar raised goes directly toward lifesaving care, including emergency and routine veterinary treatment, transportation from high-risk shelters, food and supplies, and rehabilitation for dogs who have never known stability or compassion.

To date, we have rescued and placed over 3,000 dogs into permanent, loving homes. As we continue to expand into high-need areas like Texas, our mission remains simple: give every dog the chance to survive, heal, and finally be loved.
