This September, I’ve signed up for the Calgary Heartbeat Run, and this one’s personal.

Heart disease has touched my family more than once. I’ve watched loved ones go through diagnoses, procedures, and the kind of fear that comes with not knowing what’s next... It’s changed how I think about health, about time, and about how much we take a normal heartbeat for granted.

We're running to help raise awareness and funds for heart health research and support so that fewer families have to face what mine has. Every dollar raised helps push research forward and supports people currently living with heart conditions.
