My Story…
Many times the silent condition of heart issues are found out too late. Even with a family history or minor symptoms are treated like "it won't happen to me". Sadly it is happening to younger people more than ever. Our food choices, and lack of movement and daily stress are destroying lives. I am participating in this event to support Jujar family and friends as well as to encourage everyone to be remember one body, one life, treasure it. With love from Kathleen
