My Story…
This year, I’m proud to be running the 9 Run Run 5K for the third time in support of first responders and the Ottawa First Responders Foundation.
This cause means a great deal to me. Friends and family members are currently serving or have served as first responders or in the military.
The support, volunteers and sense of community surrounding this event are truly incredible. Any donation- big or small- will help support first responders living with the effects of operational stress and PTSD. Thank you for supporting my run and those who dedicate their lives to helping others!
