Why do I need to create an account at Race Roster?

Since Women's Run PH will be using Race Roster platform:

• It will help you save time logging in for the next race.

• Access to your transaction history and your confirmation receipts.

• An account hub to stay connected with each event that you signed up

• Stay updated with upcoming events

Where do I submit my race results?

You can submit your virtual run results through the Race Roster account you created during registration. Simply log in to your Race Roster account — the “Submit” button will appear during the official run dates.

Can I transfer my registration to another runner?

As stated on the waiver, registration is non-transferrable.

Can I convert my virtual race registration to a physical race?

Changing from Virtual Race to Physical Race is not allowed and vice versa.

Can I change my category and singlet/shirt size after registration?

Category and size cannot be changed or updated after registration.

When will the race kit and entitlements be shipped?

Shipping and distribution of race kits and entitlements will commence two to three weeks after the last day of result submission on APRIL 12, 2026. Participants who successfully submitted their information will receive a confirmation email.

Details regarding shipping:

• Delivery fee for overseas participants will be shouldered by the runner.

• Additional charges such as Delivery fee, Processing fee, and Admin Fee apply.
