Help me buy some Buffalos
World bicycle relief is an amazing charity supplying bicycles to remote communities in Africa and Colombia. Improving transport improves access - access to schools, healthcare, jobs, clean water and access for women to all of these.
The money raised will change lives. Each bicycle costs $215, a purpose built bike, "The Buffalo Bike", will transform a family's fortunes.
The Ride
1263 km over 7 days, climbing 17706 metres and averaging 180km pre day.
Please support me as I try, for the second time, to complete the loop. Last year I was underprepared, hopefully this year is different.
Maybe 1 cent for every km of the route? = $12.63
10 cents per km for the average 180km a day? =$18.00
$10 for each day of riding? = $70
Or maybe 1 cent for every metre of elevation I climb? = $177.06
