My Story…
I’m participating in this 62km challenge to support greater awareness and access to mental health resources.
Donations go to Shunda Creek Recovery Centre and Mountain Rose Centre. Shunda Creek runs an addiction recovery program for men 18-26, and their approach combines clinical support with adventure-based wilderness therapy like hiking, climbing, and backcountry trips.
Mountain Rose Centre provides emergency shelter and supportive services to women and children in the Rocky Mountain House area.
