Help me support families with sick kids
Myra was born at 36weeks and had to be seen by a fetal cardiologist prior to being born for treatment. She spent a short time in the NICU and has had multiple hospitalizations since 2021from issues with her lungs (some landing her in the PICU). Irene was born at 26weeks after hours of trying to stop my labor. She had a 3 month NICU stay that included struggles with feeding, surgery, infections, etc. She also has had multiple hospitalizations since her NICU stay in 2024 because of her premature lungs that made it necessary for us to need oxygen equipment at home. Being able to use Ronald McDonald for snacks, meals, coffee has been great! I know we were lucky to live near by but still having access to Ronald McDonald for little things like that made a huge different. Also, having something special done by then on holidays when you happen to spend it there with your kids was nice. Irene ended up in the PICU the night before Mother's day. Definitely not how we planned for mother day to go but Ronald McDonald had a nice meal and a little care package for moms. It definitely was much appreciated <3 Thanks so much Ronald McDonald for what you do and provide!! If anyone can help us with our fundraiser to Ronald McDonald, that would be much appreciated!

I'm supporting Ronald McDonald House by raising funds to support families with seriously ill or injured children. Last year families saved more than $7 million thanks to the free lodging, meals, snacks and programming provided by RMHC-UM. They even have a K-12 school so families can all stay together during a child's illness or hospitalization. The care and attention that is placed on making a stay at Ronald McDonald House as welcoming and stress-free for families who are dealing with an already difficult situation is truly amazing!
