Support Healing & Hope with Saffron Centre
Saffron Centre in Sherwood Park, Alberta, is a non-profit, registered charity dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by sexual violence. Since 2000, Saffron Centre has provided trauma-informed counselling, prevention education, and compassionate police and court advocacy to help survivors heal and rebuild their lives with dignity and respect. Your donation helps keep these vital services accessible — from sponsoring counselling sessions and prevention education in schools to sustaining free and affordable support for those in need. Together, we can foster hope, resilience, and safer communities.
An estimated 1.8 million Albertans have experienced sexual violence in their lifetime. That is 45% of Alberta's population - almost one in every two people. This number has increased every year I have fundraised for Saffron Centre.
