My Story…
I’ve lived with migraine for as long as I can remember, but over time, it became a chronic, daily disease that impacts every part of my life. As a mom, wife, and advocate, I’ve had to learn how to show up for my family while managing constant pain, unpredictable attacks, and the emotional weight that comes with it. Migraine is so much more than “just a headache.” It’s missed moments, canceled plans, sensory overload, and the invisible battle of trying to function when your body is telling you to stop. It’s also learning resilience, finding strength in small wins, and choosing to keep going—even on the hardest days. That’s why I’m fundraising for Miles for Migraine. This organization has been a meaningful part of my journey, providing education, support, and a sense of community that reminds me I’m not alone. I want to help bring that same hope and connection to others living with migraine. Funds go towards free support groups, education, events, advocacy training & family programs
