Team My Migraine Life is more than just a team—it’s a community built on love, support, and understanding.
We are parents walking for their children, and children running for their mom. We are spouses, friends and friends of friends who show up—no matter what the day brings. We are former coworkers and students who have seen the reality of migraine and bonded us forever.
Some of us walk every step together. Others cheer from the sidelines. And so many support from afar—through donations, messages, and encouragement that mean more than words can say.
Migraine can be isolating, but this team is proof that we are never truly alone.
