St. Clare’s is a social justice landlord and developer working in active partnerships to create sustainable, safe, diverse, and affordable housing solutions. 

Our Vision: Pragmatic, judgement-free approaches to housing, in which everyone has the opportunity to expand their agency and capacity, are recognized as the best way to enhance neighbourhoods and create healthy communities.  

St. Clare’s is a not-for-profit organization that provides affordable mixed-income housing in 7 downtown Toronto neighbourhoods. Our tenants represent a cross-section of Toronto’s diversity. Most tenants pay a rent-geared-to-their-income, while others pay the market rent for their apartments.
