Team Wengi is running the Bay to Bay in loving memory of Melissa, Emmi’s mum, holding close the importance of connection, resilience, and support. We know that mental health can be a difficult and often unpredictable journey, and today we run as a reminder that even in the tough times we are not alone; we need to stay connected, look out for one another, and remain strong together. This run represents more than just distance, it’s about honouring Melissa, supporting each other, and reminding ourselves that we are capable of getting through challenges, because even when it’s hard, we can do hard things.
