Help Victoria raise money

August is JJ’s birthday month. For those of you who don’t know JJ is a little boy who I had the privilege of babysitting and loving. He passed away at just 14 months old, and although he was only in my life for a short time, he left a mark that I will carry with me forever. This year he would be turning 10, a big milestone. Each year in honor of JJ the family fundraises for 68 hours of hunger and does something in memory of him. This year, the way they’re choosing to honor him has taken on a meaningful connection. This year his family, and I, are fundraising and walking to support one of his mother’s students, Kennedy, and her twin, Berkeley, who were recently diagnosed with Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy. They are also turning 10 and JJ’s family felt a calling to connect the two. I’m walking in support of Kennedy, Berkeley, the whole Bailey family, and in honor of the sweetest boy who we miss dearly.
