My Story…
As many of you know, I have been living with chronic migraine for 20 years. 💜
Migraine is so much more than “just a headache.” It is a neurological disease that can affect nearly every part of daily life. For me, living with chronic migraine has meant navigating debilitating pain and symptoms, sometimes for days at a time, and facing treatments that can include injections, daily medications, rounds of steroids, and even hospital admissions.
For the past 20 years, I have experienced firsthand just how isolating and life-altering this disease can be. There have been countless days when things that most people take for granted—working, making plans, spending time with family and friends, or simply getting through the day—have felt incredibly difficult.
I have been incredibly fortunate to have had compassionate and knowledgeable doctors supporting me throughout this journey, both in Canada and the USA. Their care has made such a difference, and I know how important research, education, treatment, and support are for people living with migraine.
That is why this cause is so incredibly close to my heart. 💜
Please consider helping me raise funds for this important cause. Your support can help bring greater awareness to migraine, advance research, improve treatment options, and give hope to the millions of people who live with this often misunderstood disease.
Thank you so much for supporting me and this cause that has been such a significant part of my life. Every donation, share, and kind word means more than you know. ❤️
