Come support CASA Mental Health and help raise mental health awareness with a 5km walk/run or 10 km run followed by a mental health expo! Beginning and ending in the heart of Edmonton in Kinsmen Park and traversing around William Hawrelak Park in the beautiful river valley, this is a great event for everyone regardless of running experience. Bring your family, friends, classmates, and coworkers and help us achieve our goal of supporting CASA Edmonton for 2026!

8:30 am: Registration opens
8:50 am: Opening ceremonies
9:30 am: 10 km run begins
9:45 am: 5 km run/walk begins
10:30 am - 12:30 pm: mental health expo
