Help Mark raise money

I have long fought my weight issues. Honestly I know I've failed over and over again. it's all I think about at times. Tony was a big pusher for my health. Doctor Tony I'd ask him questions about stuff like edema in my legs etc. I made a promise when my friend Tony past away that I would work hard to finally win this battle. 

I haven't fulfilled that promise but that doesn't mean I can't start now. I currently weigh 562 lbs. I was 500 lbs a year ago. I have not been doing well but I am motivated now for my friend Tony to finally fulfill that promise. I am going to finish this race this year again. 

I hope that people will donate to help support the Ark Aid Street Mission where Tony worked at the Werner House. Help me honour my friend in battle and help others at the Ark with their battle.
