Help Monica raise money

When my daughters were 2 and 3½, I was diagnosed with Stage 0 breast cancer. Because my girls were so young, I made the aggressive decision to have a bilateral mastectomy. I thought I was doing everything I could to make sure I would be there to watch them grow up. But when the pathology report came back, it told a different story. Small areas of invasive Triple Negative Breast Cancer were found. I went through chemo and radiation, finishing in March 2020. After that, I lived with the constant fear of it coming back. In July 2023, my oncologist reassured me that he didn’t think it was coming back. A month later, I noticed dark spots appearing on my breast. The cancer had returned and metastasized to my skin. I could literally see it. Three years later, I’m still living with metastatic cancer. My girls are now 9 and 10. They are my whole world and my reason why. I’m so grateful for every day with them, my husband, and all of the family and friends who have been beside me.
