Please help support this important cause! I'll be training "reasonably" hard with the goal of being faster than my time last year (despite being a year older). Decades ago I ran several times a week and have always enjoyed it for the simplicity (no fancy apps or equipment required, and minimal obstacles such as another gym-goer occupying the squat rack to do biceps curls) and efficiency.
