My Story…
I was one of those young people who needed help. At 15, I was kicked out of home. At 16, I was homeless, living out of my car, working two jobs and trying to finish high school. Back then, there simply wasn’t the same access to mental health resources that exists today. That’s why I’m running this marathon and raising $1,500 for the Wilden Legacy Fund for Youth Mental Health. If I can help even one young person access support sooner, feel less alone and have a better chance to thrive, every kilometre will be worth it. I’m running for the younger version of me, and for every kid who deserves the support to build a future beyond what they’re going through. 🖤
