My Story…
In fall 2023 I was in an accident in which I believe I suffered head injuries and an undiagnosed concussion. I had a headache, dizziness & other symptoms for 9 months until I had an migraine while driving my car. Very scary! I then met my ENT who first said the word "vestibular migraine" to me. Little did I know that I'd have a second episode within a week which landed me in the hospital for 5 days. For the remainder of 2024 and all of 2025, I learned alot, changed my life style & now manage my triggers constantly. Thankfully, 2026 has been ok but I'm always looking for community & other ways to deal with this disability.
