Help Karen raise money

Hello everyone! 

My name is Karen and I work at JCYC with the Youth Workforce Department since 2021. From being an Academic Mentor to now being the departments Inclusion Specialist, I have come across many talented young people. Being born in El Salvador and raised in San Francisco I know how crucial these youth organizations are crucial for the young people in San Francisco. 

Youth workforce programs in San Francisco have the power to transform lives, yet for many youth, financial barriers stand in the way of opportunity. Our scholarships were created to bridge that gap and providing motivated, talented youth with the resources they need to pursue their academic dreams and build a brighter future for themselves. 

JCYC is committed on supporting youth who demonstrate not only academic success, but also resilience, leadership, and a desire to give back to their communities. Each contribution to this fundraiser goes directly toward easing the burden of tuition, books, and essential expenses, allowing recipients to focus on learning, growing, and reaching their full potential.
