The leadership at JCYC has played an important role in shaping me into the leader I am today. Their guidance and support have encouraged my professional development while also supporting me through important milestones in my life.

JCYC is more than just a workplace to me—it’s my community. I’m passionate about supporting children during their earliest years and building meaningful relationships with families during such an important stage of their lives.
