Through our Day Center, Resource Hub, Health & Wellness Clinic, Outreach Team, Housing Navigation, Recovery Services, and Corazon Kitchen, we provide nourishing meals, medical care, showers, clothing, case management, transportation, harm reduction services, and connections to housing and recovery.
