My Story…
Why I'm Walking
This cause is deeply personal to me. Like many families, mine has been touched by suicide and the ongoing impact of mental health challenges. While I choose to keep the details private, these experiences have shown me how vital compassion, connection, and hope can be.
I'm walking to honour those we've lost, support those who are struggling, and help ensure that no one has to face a crisis alone. The work of Distress Centres of Greater Toronto provides life-saving support when it's needed most.
If you're able, I'd be grateful for your donation. Every contribution helps make these essential services available to more people. If you'd like, I'd also love for you to join me on the walk. Together, we can help raise awareness, reduce stigma, and remind others that hope is always worth holding onto.
Thank you for your support
