My Story…
Every life lost unnecessarily is a tragedy. It's good to know that there are resources for people who are struggling - either with suicidal ideation or with the loss of a loved one. But we need to raise awareness that help is available. I am walking for Distress Centres of Greater Toronto, and in memory of people I have lost.
